I think you might need to provide a better description of what you want. 

Here are my questions and comments

1. Do you want 1 reports for VMs and one for Clusters?  If so all stats are not available for both.
2. What is "Actual 95th Percentile ? "
3. What is "ready time count"?
4. What is Run Queue?
