Management network redundancy: Two IPs

I'm doing some planning, for management network redundancy.

I'll have a separate NICs and vSwitches for iscsi and vmotion.  So this vSwitch and pair of NICs is only for management (and NFS).

Should I still go Active/Standy?  And would I need one IP or two?
