You need to specify either a compute resource (cluster) or a host system. If a cluster is specified, then a host is selected. The message in the log is displayed in case when
* host is in maintenance mode, or
* host is disconnected, or
* host is powered off.
Is there a chance you have specified a wrong cluster (compute resource) for a destination?
