I'm not sure what you are talking about software raid? we have a datastore from a SAN that is 2 TB. It's filling up. There is a dynamic disk on the guest OS which the 256 gig virtual disks are a part of. I simply want to know what is the procedure when a VM is all on one Datastore and the DS is filling up? what is best practice.Am I posting in the wrong forum cause I never seem to get much of a response from people on these communities. I'm kind of new to VM so I may not be posting in the right forums? Are discussions threads? what's the deal here.
