On the VDS you just have uplink port groups. So, all the uplinks would be associated with Vmotion and Management network (also active), you don't specify these 2 uplinks for this and these 2 uplinks for that. All 4 would be associated with both neteworks.
So, you would tell your network team to trunk VLans for vmotion/management to all 4 uplinks on VDS 1. Then have them trunk all VM network Vlans to the other 4 uplinks on VDS 2.
