There isn't a lot to go on with what you provided here. Review the logs from the start for other potential problem indicators. I would like to think that whatever the root cause would have failed the build at a better location but it doesn't look like it. The debug.log along with additional log files in the /opt/vmware/www/build/<build profile.instance>/status directory should contain more information.
