I already told you how to do this in my first reply! "As an example one User wanted to not have the EULA appear when starting for the first time after the silent install and my reply Re: VMWare Workstation 9 silent Installer - disable EULA shows what is necessary although just for VMware Player I believe the VMware Workstation entries can be left out."
The attached preferences.ini is for VMware Player 5.0.2 file goes in: %APPDATA%\VMware
Example: C:\Users\WKZ\AppData\Roaming\VMware\preferences.ini
This will suppress the EULA!
